Received call from Kia at dinner time- not a good time- said they would call back and they have- at all times from dinner time and all evening. I took the time to answer his questions quickly the first time. If they want to know more why don't they just send something to fill out? So many calls are annoying.
I had my car worked on at the dealership. They told me someone would be calling with a survey. Once I did the survey, I received a free oil change and tire rotation. All I had to do was tell them how the customer service was. Not a big deal...if they don't hang up!
Same here... we also got the free oil change and tire rotation.. I just hate answering the phone..I think I'll let the fiance answer it next time they call.
Yes KIA here too....and I don't answer computer induced calls from out of state that waste my time talking to a hardrive. geeez...think up sopmething new like giving me a free Oil Change to come in and then they can survey me, while I get a free detail job....haha
