Just call them and tell them that you were told to call about buying a warnity. Then ounce you get them to bite the " hook" Ask them to hold because someone just knock on your door. Then get back with them and keep asking them to hold. I sure that if everyone did this it would just kill their day by wasted phone time. LMAO
I get this damn call - at home, not cell - almost daily. Always with silence on the other end. So yesterday I decide to call the number back. I get a man who sounds like he has been drinking all day. He played stupid, asking me why I was calling him. I told him that 'your number calls me daily and I want it to stop now!' He stumbled and ask me again why I was calling him. I asked if this was a business or a residence. He stumbled again and said this was his...home. I told him to never call my number again. Then he hung up.
Well they called back today. Same gig, just silence.
So my wife calls back and let it ring for an hour before someone finally picked up and hung up. Maybe we should all just start calling twice a day till they bug off, we do have the number. These types of scam artists need to be taken care of. There has got to be some sort of out of state harassment claim you can make or something. Listen, my warranty is up, let me deal with it. No more stupid calls! Whew, I feel better!
I got the same phone call on my verizon cell phone and they said that they had an open file on my vehicle and I dont have a vehicle registered in my name I will block the number i dont like that fact that a scam artist has my cell phone number
