Who called from 2012213300

Called. My home phone, did not. answer and. they did not leave. a message

Called my phone around 945am est, didn't answer it due to unknown, no vm left.

I received a call from 201-221-3300 on 2/18/2016 at 11:33am PST. The call originated from Hackensack, NJ according to the area code. When i answered, no one responded; they simply hung up. I will be reporting them to the National Do not Call registry.

Why do I continue to get scam calls like this while I'm on a No-call list?
