Called my cell phone on 08/02. I didn't turn the phone on until yesterday or check the call until today. Apparently I missed out on reducing a student loan I never had based on an Obama program that does not exist. Being a Vietnam era vet, I got my degree in the early 70's via the GI Bill. Never had a student loan. I worked days and went to school at night.
Phone carriers are just now caving in to demands for number blocking on land lines. They need to include cell phones. Carriers also need to be held responsible for these scam calls.
