Have had calls from this number at least three times, with "Anna M Neves" in the caller ID. I never pick up and they never leave a message.

called just now; silence and then a recorded voice that said "good-bye"

Got the same call tonight.  I told the guy my computer was fine and quit calling me.

Repetitive calls no message

Said, "My name is Ashley, and I'm calling from the Windows Technical Department."  I replied, "You're a lying ____, Ashley, and we both know it."  She hung up.   Big surprise.
