I recieved a phone call from a number AT WORK that told me I was being taken to court by this man claiming to work for the law firm and that I had to be in court tomorrow. This is not right, and if it was true, no documents have been mailed.
this person claims 2 be a law firm representing cashnet.com notifying you that you r being took to court i think it is a scandal because he asks info almost to ensure that what his data is corrects ,plus if you were being called to court in any city it would not be over the phone,it would be with postage stamped legal documents
warning that I am being sued by cash net, that i need to reply immediatley, 1 call came into my home phone and I received a second call from him at my work place, yes he actually called me at WORK!!!!!
Either it is a hoax or a scam. However, if you ever had a pay day loan with cashnet.com be sure it was paid off.
DON'T listen to the nonsense about being able to get a judgement against you if you never were served with legal papers, etc. The people calling are not lawyers and definitely know nothing about Federal credit or State credit laws.
