I recieved a phone call from a number AT WORK that told me I was being taken to court by this man claiming to work for the law firm and that I had to be in court tomorrow. This is not right, and if it was true, no documents have been mailed.
i also recevied a phone call like that claming that they were a law office that represented pay day loans and that i took a loan from pd loans of they amount of 584.28 which was supposely in october 2010 and supposely did not pay them back and i was being lawsuited by them and i would be taken to court and so i told them i was looking a my bank statement online right now and said that there was no deposite of that amount from pay day loan which was supposely be deposited in october 2010 and i said it was not on my bank statement he said to me are you calling me a lier and that he said i have your bank statments and recordes right in front of me and so he said that can settel it out of court so i did panecked and said sure so he said ok i said i wont get my money until friday and he said that i can use my credit card then he handed the phone to this other law officer named travis victor which both of them sounded india so this lawyer told me to write a letter say that i will be paying the amount of 584.28 by april 15 by using my card and my drivers lincense and to fax the to the oocr documents so any when i got of the phone with them i called pay day loan and asked if i took out a loan of the amount of 584.28 the said no and whoever called me it was a scam and i was not the only who was scamed so the next day i went to my bank and canceled my credit card
