I certainly agree with your comment. instead of getting agitated what I do is play dumb and ask them to help me how to find the information they need, once I wasted their time I provide them with the FCC Consumer Inquiries and complains department address. If they misunderstand it with my address is not my fault. =)
The caller ID showed "Survey" but it was a new phone number being used by the idiots at Cardholder/Cardmember Services. Whatever happened to Rachel? I don't hear her recording anymore. I used to wait to speak to one of their live ex-con "monkeys" and call them names or blow a whistle into the phone, but not anymore. I just block the phone number and update my rolling list of blocked numbers so these people have to use a different number to get their irritating calls through. The cycle goes on. Oh yes. the Do Not Call List won't prevent scammers from calling you. Just legit companies.
