I also got an unauthorized charge on my cc acount yesterday (1/16) from Byersbooks. When I called I got a message to either leave a message or email them. I'm disputing this through the bank also.
Report the charge as "Fraudulent" not as a dispute. Have your bank cancel and reissue the card, otherwise you will be hit with more charges. A criminal enterprise has your full card data including the cvv2 security code. Your card is compromised and must be replaced:

I also had a charge from byersebooks in New Jersey.. phone number: 201-258-5600. They did not call me, but i saw the charge on my bank statement. Have never heard of them; I have blocked my card, and filed a fraud claim. I suggest everyone else do the same

This is a fraud linked to (among others) Site Services (Google their number: 1-888-590-9662). Do not phone these numbers since they may retain your phone number from their caller ID in order to use it in the future for some other fraud. MTD's post above on Jan. 17 has a link that is useful.
