They called me 10 or more times. I was rarely home and they did not leave any message. Finally I naswered and some guy asked me about student loans. He would not say the company name he was representing so I hung up. I just registered with the do not call list. Hopefully it will help.
So, someone called me and left me like 2 minute message and all it was is static noise and someone clearing their voice with some other background voices....it is really disturbing...does anyone know who does this phone number belong to and what do they want?
Today I have recieved about ten calls from 2012660965. They claimedthat they are the fed student aid. So, I found out that thy are not because I called the fed student aid. Their number starts with 1800 not 201-266-0965. This number is trying to get information but they can not. So, I have an advice for all of you people. Call national do not call and they will make sure that you will not get any calls from pivate or advertising companies for five year free of charge. I did that today because they called 10 times a day. The number for national do not call is 18883821222 and this is a government agency so you do not have to be worried and they will never ask you about your personal info except they ask you about the phone number that you own so they can put it on their list that way all private agency stop calling your phone and it is a free charge so you do not have to pay anything. The only reason that I 'm writing all of this is because I don't want you people to get annoyed from this number(2012660965).
I have been getting calls between 5-10 times a day with this number. I registered on the do not call with this particular company a few months ago, but they are back at it. Finally I spoke with someone, but was immediately disconnected.
They called me about 20 times today. The were calling on behalf of Federal student loan. But I found out it was a scam because they told me that I owe them $10,000 dollars for my education but I did not apply for any loans. So, It is a 100% scam. Do not deal with those people. Call your phone carrier so they can remove this number ( 1-201-266-0965) or th national do not call just like the person previous commant.
