Yes, this is one of MANY phone numbers WaMu uses (they call from WA, AZ, GA, NV & the list goes on). The part that is odd is that they don't respond when I have had the ability to answer any their calls. All because they will not consider payment arrangements we have attempted to make with them. I am going to just start turning my ringer off.
Not these people again--they called three times yesterday, never leaving a message. They used to harass me from a different number even though I have no account with WAMU and have never had any. I complained directly to WAMU, and the calls stopped for a while; guess I will try it again.
I keep receiving phone calls from this company and they leave a partial message with "WWW.WAMUCANHELP.COM -- looks like a scam to me however. Looking on the website, it asks for your bank account number, zip code, and last 4 digits of social security number (???).
That, and all the links on the page go back to WAMU.com like it should. So it looks like someone is duping WaMu's phone number to me!
I do have a C.C. with WaMu but it is not past due, I shouldn't be receiving calls from them.
This WaMu. They use different numbers under different area codes to harass their customers.
Our due date is the 15th and today is the 11th, yet in the past week they've called our home number, my cell, my wife's cell, my job, and her job more than 50 times to 'remind' us that the payment is due on the 15th.
Do not do any business with this company. Ever!

I'm grateful to this service to see who these jerks are. I got my call during Obama's inauguration speech, so I knew whoever was calling wasn't paying attention to this world.

These people call me all day as you can tell and they want to speak with my wife,NOT to me, I have to say "Hello" more than 3 time before I get some body, or sometime they don't talk at all, do not talk to these people !!
