Who called from 2012858120

I got a call from this number and when I called them back and asked who they were and what state they calling from, they hung up... SCAM

got same call from that number. called back 3 times only for him to hang up BIG SCAM!!!!

This just happened to me today 6/3/2016.  The call came in, I said hello, I didn't hear anything.  Two hours later, I called back.  The same person, Officer David Walker with India or so accent picked up the phone.  When I asked why I didn't receive notification to his allegations that I am evading taxes, he said notifications were sent but no one to sign for them.  I asked, are you really calling from IRS, he hung up.

This number came up on my company cell phone.  Didn't answer it. Partial recorded message (female voice) left on voicemail instructing me to call back or face legal action.  SCAM.  Don't call back, don't answer this number.  The IRS will contact by mail if there is a legitimate problem.

Didn't answer,  VM left saying I was under federal investigation.
