The caller i.d. says "Vonage," but the number is not a Vonage hosted number. Can you say "spoof?" That is the first clue. The caller is claiming to offer Vonage adapters, and then asks for security information. My account shows that I have purchased more adapters than I have numbers. If this was Vonage calling they already know that I have a Vonage number so this wouldn't have to be verified. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
I got a call from this number and didn't recognize it so i didn't answer. When they didn't leave a message i called it and it's Vonage, the home phone company. Makes sense that they would have my number because i called them a few months ago to find out about there deals. Not a scam everybody, but still annoying.
The comapny that's calling is Vonage. When I answered, they tried to get me to switch back to them. I told me them that me and my Magic-Jack are very happy and I asked her to please stop calling. She hung up on me, but I never got another call so I guess thats that! =)
i get call from this number and i don't even know why they keep calling me who's number is this because i am not picking up for this call so sme one please tell me who's number is this .............
Caller ID said Vonage was calling. When I answered, the caller sang a little tune, then asked for my husband. His manner was casual, and he didn't introduce himself or his business, so I'm not inclined to answer calls from Vonage again.
