This collection agency should be sued by everyone possible for constant harrassment! They are not following proper standards set forth in the Fair Debt Collection Act. We have rights too!
Some woman called my number asking for Linda, I asked if there was a message and she hung up. I then called the number back and asked who it was that I was calling and she said a place of business. She then called me Linda and I said no, I was related to her and she called my cell phone, she then proceeded to use profanity until I hung up on her
This place is a SCAM! Look up ACA Recovery, Inc. online--you'll see what comes up!
Also, they 'represent' Regional Yellow Pages Online--also a scam.
It's best to just hang up when they call because (according to the complaints), they record what you say and twist it to fit whatever they're trying to sell/collect.
Report them to the BBB, FTC, and your local Attorney General.
Its all fraud guys you don't have to pay crap, just call em' back and hang up thats all I do, they fraudulently prey on small business' as well. My pee on employee some how authorized a purchase, which never occured they some how authorize their sales by verifying an address, for instance they called my business and said they were calling from the yellow pages and they needed to verify the address for the listing and then they send collections to our address for non payment then harrass us with calls. Just crank call em and get em' back. I love it when ever I'm bored I call em' and just ask stupid questions. Then the other day I called and did the same thing to them and asked to speak to the accounts payable department hahahahahha its almost fun! LOL
I also received a call on my job from this office claiming to be a Law Office of Norma and Kalina.
I don't know how the hell they are and why they are calling me on my job. I will contact the BBB and report this because this thery are very unprofessional. You never call anyone at a place of business and threatening them.
