This collection agency should be sued by everyone possible for constant harrassment! They are not following proper standards set forth in the Fair Debt Collection Act. We have rights too!
Called my cell phone asking for a relative. I asked who they were and they replied a Attorney office but would not give the name. Told them they have wrong number and they continue to call hanging up. I try to call them back but when you call the phone hangs up. You can tell its a collection agency. Why they are calling my cell beats me since I have nothing to do with this relative.
Did some research. I found this number is associated with ACA Recovery using the attorneys name as Norman G. Kalina Esq. This attorney is NOT and let me repeat IS NOT associated nor represents this company in any way. I have called this attorney and they know what ACA Recovery is doing now. This is simply a collection agency using tactics against the Federal law. I have reported them to the FTC.Gov.
