I've been getting calls from that number as well. It  just says Bayonne, N.J. No message left andvI didn't answer.

Called because they said I filled out a form to get compounding cream for pain. I told her I never filled out any form and I am not in any pain. Who is the doctor who ordered it because I haven't been in any pain. There is no doctor. It is all based on the way I filled out the "wellness form".  She said well maybe someone in your household filled it out. I live alone. I work for a pharmacy that does compounding creams so why would I use them and a prescription is needed. You cannot get pain cream or any other compound without a prescription. SCAM

I never answer my landline unless I know who it is.

I received the same phone call (201-354-2064), she gave me the same story, I asked very similar question, and I got the same answers.  This is definitely a SCAM.
