Who called from 2013992809

I keep answering this caller so I can tell them to stop calling. Usually I get nothing on the other end. Today, someone finally identified themselves as the donation center for the Police Athletic League. I said "I'm sorry, but I already donate to other organizations" and he promptly hung up on me. Rude, rude, rude. I'm supposed to make a donation to a stranger over the phone who works for an organization I've never heard of? Not in this lifetime. I'm sure the calls won't end today because I wasn't given the opportunity to ask them to take me off their list.

I get calls from this number all the time, I stopped picking up when I see it.

I learned today that if you have Comcast phone service, you can block calls from particular numbers by dialing *60.

I'm sure there is a way to block a number with other providers as well.

thanks for this info....I get calls all the time from this number but never answer....I did the *60 thing and hopefully that will keep them from calling


oh by the way I have heard from police officers that when people call you for a donation its a HUGE scam DO NOT DONATE!!!! if you local police department needs money they will do something in you community to get it they will never call you
