Who called from 2013992809

I received a phone call today from this #.  The man asked for the owner and when my assistant said I was not available, he abrubptly said he'd call back and he hung up

i had around 10 missed calls from this # in a week finally my wife was home when they called and picked up the guy at the other line id'd himself as justin and banged down the phone when my wife insisted on knowing the reason for the call.i'm curios to know how you block these [***] from calling?

Caller ID says "LOCAL CALL" but it is a 201 area code.  I don't answer these suspicious ID's.
If this was legit, the caller ID would be legit.

For the past 8 days I have received a phone call from 201-399-2809. It is annoying, especially when the caller makes strange sounds on the line.   How can I stop this without paying to have the number blocked on my phone?

is there any way we could stop this ppl calling us?
