Been called 3 times today buy this number... nobody responds when I answer. They eventually hang up on me. So I called them.... They asked for the fake name on my phone listing, I told them who I was and they apologized for the wrong number then they called back 15 minutes later asking for the fake name on my phone listing again. When I told them I just asked for my number to be removed, they said "this is the first time we called".
This place calls and when the answering machine picks up they stay on the line, finally about 90 seconds later they say hello or ask for someone, when they receive no response they hang up. You can here that it is a call center and people in the background are trying to sell services or items to their successful call. How do you get them to stop? I know better than to answer the call. ATT does not permit call block for area codes outside of the code you live in.
Calls are frequent. Various people on caller's end. I've asked to be removed from call list, but since I'm still being called, I've started messing with them.
(I asked the middle eastern man all about where he was calling from & the weather there. Then, when I recognized the number on a different occassion, I answered & told an ignorant sounding young girl "Go ahead caller, you're on the air!" She was confused, giggled, & hung up.)
