Very Familiar with this company. All american Chimney company was their former company located at 168 central avenue in farmingdale ny. Now they are located in Huntington Station and going by the name Americas Choice Construction. They were featured on Eyewitness news 7 on your side twice in 2013 and 2015 for their scams against the public. http://abc7ny.com/archive/9085745/ Lawrence Stuart is in fact the owner. He is a young black male around 29 years old. His brother Lance is one of the technicians. Gina who's real name is kim is the office manager. She's a large white woman. Lawrence hires only white people as managers in the office as to not raise suspicion. They change company names and the location of the office because they were forced to pay back thousands of dollars and they have a long list of complaints filed against them for their scams. They have an F rating with the BBB. They have telemarketers in the office who make the calls,arrange the appointment for the techs for a so called $29,95 chimney and flue pipe cleaning. When the techs arrive they make false claims that something is wrong with the chimney,or they break things in the chimney so you can spend thousands of dollars in repairs. Lawrence has been in business for several years. He's living lavish through his scams. He has flashy cars, Rolex etc. He won't stop setting up these businesses and scamming the public until he's prosecuted. My phone # is on the Do Not Call list, but I continued to get calls from them multiple times a day. I finally called back, quickly pressed #6 for Customer Service, and a polite woman answered. I told her my phone number was on the Do Not Call list, but continue to get calls, and that I would report them if she did not remove me from their list. She remained polite and said she would. They have not called since.
This is their actual number and they answer. I will try once more and fill an FCC complaint; they have all the information they need to go out and exterminate the offenders with extreme prejudice. They should be careful; someone may schedule an appointment and lay in wait. Oh my.
