Bothered me on a Sunday ! Are we not free even on a Sunday, from this crap?
When I answered, they hung up so loudly it made my ear hurt. I called back and was told it was a nonworking number.
Same here--called on Sunday 03/13/2016; caller ID shows Freewheel Media. I have stopped answering my phone on Sundays unless the call is from someone I know because these scammers apparently NEVER take a day off! On one occasion I got a call from some bogus breast cancer charity @ 9:30 AM on a Sunday! That's a huge red flag, as a legitimate business would never call on a Sunday. Another number added to my blocked list--WOO HOO!
Received a call from this number on 2/12 @ 8:30 pm. Caller ID said FREEWHEEL MEDIA. If they continue to call I will do what I did to the Windows Scammer- went to a auto parts store and bought a small air horn. Be sure you step outside to do it and please hold it away from you. It will hurt them BIG TIME!!!!!
I let my son answer these calls. He says, "Hello, this is Dell Technical Support. This is Billy Bob speaking, how can I help you?" in a thick Indian accent. They will ask him to repeat and he will say the same thing and then they hang up. It's hilarious.
