On November 11, 2015, A man who identified himself as Joe Carr from 201-680-7344 continued to call our office line and tie up the incoming calls. We asked him nicely not to call back as we did not want to change our utility service from PSEG to AP&G (if this even exists) These people should not be allowed to continue to call companies and tie up their business lines. thanks
These morons called this morning, and asked to be directed to the person "in charge of PSE&G." I told them that I had no idea who that would be (I work at a hospital, and I have nothing to do with the hospital's utility operations). They then asked to be transferred to our Finance Department, so I transferred them there. Not even 30 seconds, they call back and ask to be transferred to our Engineering Department, so I transferred them there, and so far, no callbacks. I got suspicious after all this, and when I Googled their number, it lead me here. Clearly a scam or at least illegal telemarketing practices.
Picked up a call from this number and heard the tell tale "beep-boop" noise that tells me its a call from an automated dialer and most likely a sales call. I hung up before it could transfer me to a representative. I then looked up the number here and found out it was most likely an energy company that uses bullish sales tactics. They called back 4 times immediately following my hang-up. I ignored them.
A James called and said he is with PSE&G. Claimed that he tried to call me many times on a time sensitive matter and that he need to speak to the business owner. Gave me 1-800-210-9011x1841 as the call back number
