I managed that hellhole for years and saw Dennis break every law just to turn my back.He didn't even hire my cleaning company to help me out after all I did for him.As a former marine,loyalty was something I was taught.He deserves all the bad that has happened to him.His own nephew Michael Greif left him as he was flaunting his [***] Carol in front of him.He's lost many good employess as well and replaced them with drug addicts like Peter Lookofsky,Anthony Pezzutti SR,Richard Amato,Anthony Pezzutti Jr amongst others. Dennis will eventually get what's coming to him someday.
This is a fraud company and they need to be in prison. But who has time for reporting to authorities and dealing with it. They cheated me for over 12K by charging multiple times on my CC for their unwanted claening supplies.
I just recieved a call from a guy stating that: " is this the manager of ***restaurant? sorry i missed my appointment i shouldve called you two days ago;Im just confirming your address is it ****? (Which is the right address) im confriming your order of 5 gallons of degreaser ( at this point i wasnt skeptical of the said "order" because for weeks our interior designer and the supplier of our floor tiles had been talking over the phone about our problems with keeping our floor tiles clean; they had been discussing about degreasers. The total is close to $200 dollars. A day after, i called the interior designer and asked if she ordered a 5 gallon degreaser for the restaurant; she replied, im not aware of any orders.. Thats when i began to panic. I searched the net about the so called "company" horizon and it just confirms they are scammers. I tried calling the 1877 number they used to call me but it doesnt even rings; just a musical sound like what they use when youre on hold. What do i do?
I received a shipment from horizon have no numbers for them that work I just want this stuff out of my store what do I do because this stuff needs to go and like everyone else refuse to pay
Write to BBB about the situation. Don't back down nor give in just to get rid of the present problem cause in the future they might send you again but with a bigger order and a bigger bill and is a criminal offense called Extortion
