I managed that hellhole for years and saw Dennis break every law just to turn my back.He didn't even hire my cleaning company to help me out after all I did for him.As a former marine,loyalty was something I was taught.He deserves all the bad that has happened to him.His own nephew Michael Greif left him as he was flaunting his [***] Carol in front of him.He's lost many good employess as well and replaced them with drug addicts like Peter Lookofsky,Anthony Pezzutti SR,Richard Amato,Anthony Pezzutti Jr amongst others. Dennis will eventually get what's coming to him someday.
They are the same company using to two different names. Both operating out of Vegas, but they do have different sales people for each company. Both use the same sales script only the business names are changed. They always missed seeing you because they got rerouted to Vegas for a trade show celebrating their companies 35th anniversary. The sales person promises to be out to see you in about a month and wants to send degreaser or another product to hold you over till they see you. Most of these people don't even have a drivers license much less a car. Maybe its time for Dennis to change this script. They have been using the same one for years. Star West or Horizon Products its all the same bunch of crooks.
A telemarketing sales team called on 10/30/2013, male and female, called and spoke to an employee. They spoke in circles to him, and he did not realize he was being sold a cleaning product. He is not an authorized buyer for the business. The next week on 11/5/2013 two 5-gallon pails of the cleaner-degreaser product was delivered. Their invoice states returns have to be authorized and there is a 25% restocking fee.
Did you pay for them? I am going to send it back, I don't want to pay the $80 shipping fees but t sure don't want to pay $300 for a 5 gallon degreaser. They told me they won't take it back but I can show that I tried to return
Don't pay them nobody else does once they realize the are being ripped off. They don't have a real legal department and there is no way that they are going to come to your city or state to sue you. They would probably end up in jail. They want 25% restocking fee plus the shipping and handling for receiving and returning. Its all a joke with these people.
I received the same product. Same m.o. I called our local police and they instructed me not to pay and to await there return call and to notify them at that point to pick up their product. Also to inform my police department when they call back. Scam companies like these still exist. Unbelievable!
