11/23/09 Call from Jim Kilroy has someone who is interested in buying my business??? I am glad that I googled this guy. With the info I see here it is not wasting one's time. The number they gave to call was 201-793-0803
I was trying to find contact info for HDI because I had gotten correspondence from them as recently as fall 2011. I have a dated contract from them 2-20-2010 which is supposedly after they received a judgement in CO.
I did receive an analysis from them and had several people contact me who were interested in my business but never sold my business as no one could secure financing.
Tried calling you but you were out and the person they forwarded me to had no idea what I was talking about.
@ Cynthia: this is a scam. The Colorado AG is currently bringing charges against the individuals involved for defrauding over 700 businesses in the US by selling overpriced valuations, and promises of money back guarantees.
"According to the complaint, Tymkovich, Levine or their employees at Englewood-based Corporate Acquisitions Group and Englewood-based Global Acquisitions Group would approach small businesses and inform them that either buyers were interested in acquiring their firms or their businesses could be sold. Tymkovich, Levine and their employees are accused of convincing more than 700 businesses in Colorado and other states to allow them to conduct an appraisal of their business for $5,000. Of the $5,000 Tymkovich and Levine’s businesses collected from their clients, only about $1,000 of the fee was actually devoted to completing the appraisals."
The BBB does not take any action until at least 5 complaints are filed within a 36 month period. Bizbuy132.com + HDI Consulting are run by the same individuals that run Corporate Acquisitions Group, which changed their name to Global Acquisitions Group as soon as their BBB rating was finally downgraded to an "F" due to violations of law and contracts. The individuals involved also worked at Alliance Acquisitions Associates and NorVergence. Google any of these businesses and you will find a trail of fraud, litigation, and jail time.
Bizbuy123.com and HDI Consulting are an attempt to again morph into a business with a clean background to continue scamming small business owners with misleading promises and fabricated sales materials.

Ty Tymkovich(who also does "business" as Ben Parker, Rick Webber, and other names, again, because his own is so tainted with crimes) has lost his licensure to sell real estate because of previous felony charges, is currently on probation in Colorado, and 2/22/10 is the first day that the AG’s office can issue subpoenas to potential witnesses in the pending state fraud case against him, Sam Levine, as employees of their businesses.
Hopefully this information can help you from joining the 700+ small business owners that have been taken.

Also, these companies falsify their dates of incorporation to again hide facts. The BBB has Corporate Acquisitions Group as being in business starting in 2006, as does the information in the Colorado Attorney General initial report from 12/18/09, but they claim to have been in business since 1989...odd? Legitimate companies do not lie about these things.
Notice that Bizbuy132.com started making their misleading "a business of your type, in your area" robocalls only a few months ago, just at the point when the BBB in Colorado made Corporate Acquisitions Group an "F", and at around the same time that the Colorado Attorney General was starting to collect evidence and contact witnesses.
