I have started hanging up FIRST, the second they say the word warranty or ask about my vehicle, I just hang up first, that's what they are going to do to you the minute you say no.
Of course their phone lines were not "fixed". It was a scam. There is no phone company to be mad at and their business is a scam!! GEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
