This is one of those "can you hear me?" scams. When they asked that question, I hung up. Never say "yes" to these scammers. This practice is illegal but may be coming from out of the country. Besides this is came in on my mobile phone which only friends, family, businesses, and coworkers have.
Received two calls from this number on 3/31/17 ≈ 5 hours apart. Did NOT answer either one of them. Looked up number on the internet and discovered this. There is a reason I do not answer calls I do not recognize. Will be reporting this number to DNC list and blocking on my phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
About that my car warranty and not the dealer that sold the car. At the time it appeared conflicting in what they say yet I said my goodbye I am not interested
