I called them from another line, and sounds like a telemarketing firm that's in India

Scam company. They call you once and hang up before you can answer intentionally, without leaving a message so you call them back out of curiosity. When you do, it's a robot saying "You have reached Reward Redemptions. You recently visited one of our affiliate's websites, and we have a $100 rebate voucher for you that you can use at popular stores, like Walmart, Best Buy, etc. Press one to be connected. Press two to be removed from our list." Best to just ignore it and not call them back.
