I got a call from a man with a Jamacian accent, John Brown. I went through his whole story. $2.5 and new Mercedes. Called me relentlessly for 2 days. He gave me all his phony information and winnings numbers. He needed me to give him an access code to a green dot card. I was to meet them at a Walmart of my choice to get my car and check... Right! I pretended like I got one and made up numbers to his questions, but wouldn't give an access code. I finally told him I didn't have a card and I wasn't interested in his scam. He went from loving Christian to a white people hating killer. He said next time I put my key in the door, my house would explode and that he was coming after me with an AK and grenade launcher. They said they were from Queens NY, Jamaca. I told him to come on out to AZ from NY and I'll stick a bullet between his eyes. (I'm not from AZ) he said that him and his partner were coming to AZ and to not forget John... I kept hanging up for a while and he left several messages... Mostly hard to understand but threatening my life and family's lives. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Wow this last one sounds pretty close. Jonathan A...something (Broken English) from (248)702-7844. Michigan area code so he must have got a new one! He said he was from company called OnClaim, and that my MegaMillion Lottery prize had been turned over to them for me to claim. He said I won $350K, which later in the conversation turned into $200K Certified Check, $50K Cash, and a new Mercedes. I kept asking how I was entered and he threw out a date of Feb 25th and said I was entered for paying my bills on time. I asked what company entered me & he just kept saying I was entered into raffle for my bills blah blah blah. So I asked if I could look his company up, and he said it wouldn't say anything online about new winners, only people who have already claimed their prizes. He told me all I have to do is go to Walmart and purchase the GreenDot Money Pak with an amount of $750 dollars on it. "This is for the insurance of the prize" and then they would immediately deliver my prizes to my home and only ask for my drivers license and GreenDot Pak to "release" my prizes to me. He said they could do it today haha!!!
What a joke! And the post before me actually makes me a little worried about this psychopath! And I'm a gun-packing citizen and this guy still makes me uneasy.
Oh yeah I forgot to say what my response was. I just told him I didn't have a dime & I'd have to call him another time. So I didn't get the crazy reaction... LOL
I'm sure he'll continue to try to call me, but I'll just never answer again!
I need your help i think my mother is being scammed as well from the same guy and also few othesr with the name James Carter and Baxter Walker...Im worried for her shes so happy and I dont know what else to do ive searched all over for there names and its tearing the family apart with barely haven no money..
