I got this call on my cell Tue Apr 7, 8:56pm. I didnt answer. I hate spam calls, and I hate that they are calling cell phones and trying to use our minutes.
I checked it out on whitepages()com and they say:

I just got a call from this number as well. It's this stupid car warranty message that I've been getting for the past year. The irony is - not only did I sell my car a year ago, I also spoke to this company in detail a year ago to tell them I have sold my car - AND I had an entirely different phone number than back then...so HOW DID THEY GET MY NEW NUMBER? I have to say I'm happy to read that other people are encountering the same harassment so I'm not alone. How can we take these people down??
I keep getting their messages and sometimes the automated process doesn't leave a message. Anyway, it pisses me off that these people have a machine making these calls and that they don't get disturbed unless we push 1 to speak to someone "act like we are interested". I always hit one, to get a live person, and then at the end I say "I'm sorry my policy is that I never do business or give any information about myself to cold callers, I have no way to know who you really are, or if your company is legit. since my caller ID hides your information. If we all tell these people that you can't do any business with cold callers, then they would have no purpose of making these calls if they get no where with us.
Received a call from this number on both my cell and work phone. Considering our work phone numbers are not published I'm assuming the numbers are being obtained from personal documents somehow...
I got calls from this number many times. I don't know where they got my number from and how I stop them from calling me and texting me again. I'm living in California.
