I got this call on my cell Tue Apr 7, 8:56pm. I didnt answer. I hate spam calls, and I hate that they are calling cell phones and trying to use our minutes.
I checked it out on whitepages()com and they say:

I only listen to the first few words, because I get this call often from different numbers: This is the second notification . . . At that point I know it's spam & I hang up so don't know what its the second (more like 50th) notification of
I got a call from this number on my cell and didn't pick up. I called back and was told that the number was disconnected. Ugh! I googled it and got this site. So glad I know I'm not alone on this one!
