Same call as the rest! Told me he was from Microsoft and a key on my computer was not working right! I told him to take my name of his calling list because I knew it was a scam! Then I hung up! Wish people would get smart about recieving these calls so they would quit calling! If Everyone would not answer these calls or just hang up after telling them we know it's a scam, maybe there would just quit calling anybody. Doubtful but who knows ?
Kept him on the phone for 13 solid minutes as he tried frantically to convince me that he wasn't scamming me. It was hilarious. He tried to make me go to 121usahelp.com, after completely misidentifying which version of Word I have on my comp. I refused, of course, and kept telling him I didn't trust him. He didn't swear at me or anything, though, and finally hung up after he realized I wasn't going to fall for it.

My son answered the phone, I'm listening, thinking what the Hell?
My son hands me the phone, I say
"Who is this?"
In a very thick Indian accent,
"This is Michael, I'm calling about your Windows Microsoft"
I stop him right there, "Michael, I don't think so, you're nothing but a scam artist, I'm reporting you, have a great day".
I hangup and proceed to do just that...
I got a scam call from 201 991 8699, asking me to sit in front of my computer and enter various keys so that my computer stays protected. I told him I was going to write his directions down and run them past my hubby first since he has worked at Microsoft for 25 years - he hung up. LOSER.
