LOL! "I believe you are owner of a Microsoft Windows computer. Are you the owner of this computer?" **eye roll**... sounded like he was calling from an off-shore oil rig or something---far away and fuzzy and a foreign accent but tries to pass as calling from New Jersey.
Got a call from some foreigner in broken English telling me he was from "Corporate" and needed to update my windows version. I asked him if he thought I an idiot and to take my number off of his list. I hope people don't fall for this crap!
He said I was having problems with my Windows system. I told him he was so full of crap his eyes were brown! Also told him I was reporting him to the FCC. He hung up. Scammer from the start of the call!
He claims he is from Microsoft. I advised him that I am a Network Engineer and Microsoft Certified. He became argumentative and finally hung up. He had an Indian accent and his English was not good.
