Just because you got the same call means that the number is correct. It just means you got a call with a spoofed CID. You'd better re-read Tygerkat's post above as it is correct. I didn't enter anything, the OP did. I was pointing out that any number beginning with a 0, such as the numbrr at the top of the page, is obviously spoofed.
202 is an area code for Washington D..C., which is here in the U.S. and not international.
