Who called from 2020897855

Called me 3 times in a row. When I answered on the 3rd call, was dead air.

3rd call today-no reply when i answer. i called back, let it ring until they hung up.

2nd call so far answered once and only dead air

This is a SCAM call.  You can tell immediately because there is no valid 087 prefix in North America.  Most likely one of the IRS or computer tech scams that are so "popular" these days. Block the number.

I answered a call from this number today.  They called me by name and affirmed it was me and then asked me several questions regarding my opinions of the Presidential candidates (Trump and Clinton).  At the end, they asked for my year of birth, and thanked me for my time.  It only took one minute and I enjoyed being polled!  Wasn't a scam for me.  The only personal info they asked was my year of birth, not dates or anything.  I like having my opinion heard!
