Who called from 2021113333

This number has called me over and over again all day. One time I answered an a man with a thick, foreign accent told me I had won a prize. I hung up immediately. After that the same numbers called me all afternoon and evening. The last call was at 11:00 p.m. I've turned the ringer off on my phone.

I added the number to auto reject call on my phone. Haha but before I hung up I usedan the same language that they did and started making fun of them.

Have recieved 12 calls now from 10am to 6pm. Doesnt ever leave a message.
How do these [***] get the phone numbers like ours to blow up all frickin day.. ?! Wtf.

They have called me constantly from 11:34 am until about 6pm.

They have been calling over and over again claiming government grant then says I have to have $260 registration fee . total scam and they are harassing
