I received a call from this # 202 154 2987, 2/19/2016 216pm, foreign voice and just asked for me by name, not identifying who they were. then call dropped w/ out man identifying who he was. Tried to call back # as not known wanting to ask to be put on DNC list but unable to dial it back.
Very Odd call. Not able to be put on their DNC list whoever this was...
I received a call from this number at 4:05pm on 2/18/16 and looked up the area code. I didn't answer because if it doesn't have a name I don't answer and onlyh call back if they leave a message. Glad I looked up the area code and saw the fraud info. I also thought, after the area code "154"...knew this had to be a "bad" call.
