Who called from 2021571236

Calls a couple times in a row.  No message left.  Don't know if it is a telemarketer or scam.  But I would say telemarketer.

Keeps calling but never leaves message. Tried to call it back, but says all lines busy

Female asked for me, then hung up. Very heavy accent. I do believe that this number is just a fake number for people who don't want to be traced. Kinda like a  * 86 but not a blocked number.

A woman also called me with a heavy accent. She asked if I was someone named Michelle.  Which I replied no. She then hung up

Caller with thick accent claiming to be from the United States Government Grant Department.
