I have received the same random calls from middle eastern with American names.. This one I answered "what".. They spoke some other language then hung up.. One guy on,another occasion claimed to be from a medical company and another was asking about me signing up for a Grant..
This number has been coming up in my phone all day. When I finally answered it some foreign guy was on the other end talking about hospital claims. Sick of them calling from other numbers like 631-402-9176, 561-231-5085, and unavailable numbers.
what the hell !!! why would the US government be calling me in British Columbia Canada (Vancouver) to be offering me a personal grant , something that the east indian woman was not taught , was time zones & borders , she called me at 6am

Surprised to see this is just an alternate number, other folks also receiving calls - I didn't pick this one up - kind of upset because 5 years with my mobile phone never had any scam phone calls until a couple of weeks ago. Don't know if I filled out something wrong on the Net, or if maybe they are getting my number when I signed up on the do not call list January 11th...
This number called 4 times in a row, no message. When I was finally able to answer, it was some guy saying I won some money. He asked for my SSN and I said 111-11-1111 and he hung up. lol
