I also received a call from this number and it disconnected after a computer voice said good bye. Would have given him an earful if started scam. Good to have this venue.
Received the same call as the others. The guy said his name was "Walt Whitman" (?). Very thick accent and he explained that he was with the US Department of Human Health & Services. His partner uses this number:
202-738-4370. Do not accept calls from either.
