I DO NOT HAVE SPRINT, but this scammer called my number - left no message. I rarely answer names of numbers I don't recognize - just check them out on the web. BINGO! Another scammer.
I have sprint as well. They called 3 times this morning. DC number with a Middle Eastern accent fellow on the other end. Third time I answered and he actually knew my first name. He said "can I speak to Jackie". I refused to answer him with nothing other than "May I ask who is calling" he repeated himself then I repeated myself. He hung up on me. lol I WIN. I added him to my "Reject calls list." But I'm still disturbed/annoyed that they called me.
When I picked up this woman in some accent said I'm receiving 9,000 dollars that I don't have to pay back from the government because my name and number had been approved. I said that I don't understand and I'm not sure what she's talking about and she just kept repeating that same phrase over and over again. Her background was very loud and I told her I'm having trouble understanding her and she said "You must be wondering where this is coming from." Then she hung up. Like I don't know what this is all about. I'm not getting excited about money falling out of the sky because it could very well be a scam.
I got a phone call from this number from a strong middle eastern accented woman. She said i will be receiving 9000 in federal student aid. She sent me to a second phone number where my dad questioned the gentleman and he had an aditude and hung up. It is clearly a scam and i am still receiving phone calls!
I have been getting calls the past 3 days from 202-201-0865, same thing, would hang up when I answer. Finally got through, middle Eastern accent and I told them to stop calling my number. He called me a mother F**ker and hung up.
