Get called from them at least 5 times a day.  Called them back with a blocked outgoing number and it give me a disconnected tone/message.

claimed to be company called WEB2CARZ.com and they were following up on a car loan application.  Provided number 888-341-6578 as a callback number.

KEEPS CALLING NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.  DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE.
