Thanks. Just found Amazon carries a Panasonic phone that stores and blocks 250 numbers, and I can set the first ring to be silent. That should work for my landline. You may want to add that to your helpful list.
I still feel sad that there are those who terrorize, attack, kill or harass innocent civilians. May lord help these muslim people or neighborhoods.
Ohhhhhh! Ab - so - looooot - ly it's the IRS - - - "India Runs Scams". Unless you call the IRS they will not cold call you. Any problems with the paperwork? They will write you a letter by good ol' US Mail. Not fax, text, or email.
Total scam. Originates in either India or Pakistan.

Claimed to be from IRS. I heard allah prayer calls in the background. Has to be scam by muslims or people living in a muslim neighborhood. I will pray for peace to their troubled souls in Church this Sunday.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
