Received a call from a woman who offered a grant, was more concerned when I said I didn't have a credit card (meaning she wanted to charge me something). It's a spoofed number from DC. Complete scam.

I just received a call from a lady named Deborah. Same scenario as the rest of you. As soon as I questioned her about a website or even a company name. She started to try to side track the conversation and then hung up. I will be reporting this to the FTC and won suggest you to do the same. DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THESE CRIMINALS!!!
