I left a voice message this weekend indicating that I wanted to discuss payment of the fine in order to avoid attending court on July 7. Rice called me back this morning and asked if I had notified my attorney. I replied that I had not, but stated that the officer I spoke with last week had advised that in order to avoid prosecution I could pay a fine directly to the Dominican Republic. I let him go on for awhile about the jail time I would be facing if convicted, and he said that if I left right away to go and pay the fine of $950 that it may arrive in time. I told him then that I had spoken to the real DEA, and that they had identified them and issued arrest warrants, and that he was the one going to prison, not me. These people are horrible and evil, and they use scare tactics that are almost unbelieveable. You are not alone, many others have been victomized by these loosers. They need to be stopped before they do damage to any more lives.
I got a similar call today including the part about confiscated drugs from the Dominican Republic. He got out a court date of Dec 8th at the federal courthouse in DC. Then the phone ( my work number! Went dead. No further info. I plan to io ignore since I would think a person should get some form of official written correspondence on something like this. Never purchased drugs from Internet.....still a scary call and I don't have the number the call came from.
Oh BV, This is just so sickening! These worthless pieces of crap need to be put behind bars! I was so so close to doing the same thing you did! And I agree, the fear just takes over! They are good at their game. AS VICTIMS WE ALL NEED TO BAND TOGETHER, WEAR ALL THE NUMBERS WE HAVE ON THEM OUT AND WE NEED TO KEEP CALLING THE REAL DEA AND EVERY OTHER AGENCY UNTIL THEY ARE STOPPED!
Thanks all for the support it is greatly appreciated. I still get soo angry that I let them scam me and who all else they have done this too. The thing that angers me the most is having my children involved in the whole thing. My daughter was really worried I was going to go to jail. They not only put the fear of god in me but my children as well. I always say carma is a [***] and what goes around comes around. I hope they get caught soon and get put away for a long time.
