I have received emails from Briggs Law Firm as well. Once in October and again last week and this morning. In October it was from James Dickerson and last week and today from William Spear, both claiming to be Senior Executives with the law firm. They say I owe $1250 to United Personal Loans and a suit will be filed against me in court. When I googled the Washington DC address, nothing comes up and no one answers the phone number associated. This is very scary and I'm really not sure what I should do.
Omg i got that same thing today and two like last month i dont know who they think they are i asked them for an address and phone number thank u huys so much for this because i almost had an heart attack i will let them know that i will be sending this to the fBI as well
i have been getting emails like this from a david butler telling me im going to be brought to court if i dont pay what ever amount and when i ask for a number to reach hi i get nothing but this threat even when i said that he didnt seem real or legit and now i got an email todaywith all my personal information out there and i have never done a payday loan. i have a bank for that kinda stuff and this not okay i mean i have kids i dont need to deal with this crap. but i saved everything and im gonna contact someone i know in the law and have them read it. this or these guys are going to jail
