IRS scam claiming IRS has filed a suit against you and you need to call immediately.

Totally a scam claiming to be IRS.  I reported it to the FTC for both phone numbers,  202-239-6060 which is the number the "IRS" scammers want you to call, plus 516-785-9420 which is the number the call came in on.  Block these criminals from your phones.  The IRS never contacts anyone via phone, text, or e-mail!

This is a scam.  They left a message claiming that the IRS is suing us and we need to call immediately.  Call back number they left was phone number 202-239-6020.  Don't be fooled!
