Silence on other end. (nuisance call to answer & no answer)

Nuisance call from "Sam Horton" per my caller ID.  I didn't answer because, with my current computer setup, I can now usually access 800notes while the phone is still ringing -- which is nice since I receive many more nuisance and robocalls than legitimate ones.
