Have you really missed ALL the reports in the news media about this tired old scam?   Of course it's NOT legitimate.  These foreign crooks don't even know the difference bewteen a Washington state number and an Washington DC number!

Got a call today, twice. Scary message from a man named officer Douglas Williams (strong Indian accent with that name, lol!) who said my husband committed tax fraud. No way, we are law abiding tax paying citizens. This is a disgrace and if he ever calks back I will give a piece of my mind.

caller has called me for a week now saying I have committed tax fraud. Told him my mother retired from IRS and I know they would never contact me by phone only mail. He got very upset and warned me about sending 2 police officers to my door to collect. I laughed and thanked him. reported him to atty general office
