They (a woman and a man named Peter Plake) said: I have a lawsuit from IRS because my reported income did not match with IRS record. I may pay a penalty charge $75000, 5 years in jail, ... If I do not pay outstanding balance $5000 now.
IRS Scam call. Do not take them seriously. I call them back from another number I have and mess with them all day when they call. This site needs a classification for scam calls, this is not a debt collector nor a telemarketer, it's scamming from a nonsense story. If you had an IRS lawsuit pending no one is going to call you, you would be served legally and you would have gotten plenty of notice, but not a phone call like this.
